About the workouts:

  • HIIT: High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of exercise that involves short, intense bursts of activity followed by periods of rest. This type of training is great for improving cardiovascular fitness and burning calories. Kim’s HIIT workout will be a challenging but fun way to get your heart rate up.
  • Barre: Barre workouts are a combination of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. They focus on strengthening and toning the muscles in the lower body, core, and arms. Natalie’s barre workout will be a great way to sculpt your body and improve your balance and posture.
